ARGAN delivers two logistics warehouses to Ferrero in Normandy

ARGAN has delivered two new logistics facilities to Ferrero near Rouen, totaling 54,000 square meters. The first, a 34,000-square-meter AutOnom®-labelled warehouse in Cléon, features a 660 kWp rooftop photovoltaic plant and a 200 kWh battery, generating 530 MWh of renewable electricity annually and cutting CO₂ emissions by 28 tonnes per year. The second, a 20,000-square-meter facility in Barentin, includes a 790 kWp solar installation that avoids 33 tonnes of CO₂ annually. Both sites are secured under 10-year fixed leases, supporting ARGAN's €165 million investment program for 2026.

ARGAN raises full-year rental income target to €221m after 4% H1 growth

ARGAN, the French real estate company specializing in premium warehouses, has revised its full-year 2026 rental income target upwards to at least €221 million, up from a previous target of €220 million. The company reported first-half 2026 rental income of €109.7 million, a 4% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Growth was driven by the full-year effect of 2025 deliveries and rent indexation of 0.6% applied in January 2026. ARGAN also returned to a 100% occupancy rate in the first quarter following the lease of a previously vacant 32,000 sqm site to JS LOGISTICS. The company has completed six deliveries so far this year as part of a €160 million investment program, with two more projects scheduled for delivery later in 2026.
