Casino Group extends creditor consents and operational financing maturities to late September 2026

Casino Group has obtained from its RCF and Quatrim creditors an extension of their consent not to use ongoing discussions about the Group's financial restructuring as a basis for action, now valid until 24 September 2026. The Group also secured a postponement of the maturity of its operational financings to the same date, with the exception of the RCF and the Monoprix Exploitation RCF, whose maturities are extended to 29 September 2026.
