Shenzhen Agricultural Products Group announced on September 2, 2026 that it won 100% equity of Yuntong Cold Chain through public bidding, and signed a property rights transaction contract with the transferors, Agricultural Products Circulation Industry Fund and Yuntong Capital, on September 1. The total transaction price is 155.2462 million yuan, of which the 99.9714% stake held by Agricultural Products Circulation Industry Fund is priced at 155.2018 million yuan, and the 0.0286% stake held by Yuntong Capital is priced at 44,400 yuan. The company will pay in cash in one lump sum. The 45 million yuan deposit already paid will be converted into part of the transaction price, and the remaining 110.2462 million yuan must be paid within five working days after the contract takes effect. The acquisition aims to promote the upgrading of the Shenzhen Haijixing agricultural products logistics park and consolidate core competitive advantages.
