Lagardere SCA

Lagardere SA is a media, entertainment, and retail company operating in France, the UK, the US, Canada, Spain, Latin America, and internationally. It has three segments: Lagardere Publishing, which covers book publishing in English, French, and Spanish; Lagardere Travel Retail, which operates retail stores in transit areas and concessions, including duty-free, fashion, and food services; and Lagardere Live, which includes news, radio, live entertainment, and a sports club. The company was formerly known as Lagardère SCA and changed its name to Lagardere SA in June 2021. Founded in 1826 and headquartered in Paris, France, it is a subsidiary of Louis Hachette Group S.A.
