Zumtobel Group AG operates worldwide in the lighting industry through two segments: Lighting and Components. It offers light management systems, components, luminaires, and professional solutions for indoor and outdoor lighting, along with hardware and software such as LED light sources, LED drivers, and sensors, plus lighting systems management, light contracting, design, and project management for turnkey lighting solutions. Its products are sold under the Zumtobel, Thorn, and Tridonic brands. Formerly known as Zumtobel AG, the company changed its name to Zumtobel Group AG in September 2014; it was founded in 1950 and is headquartered in Dornbirn, Austria.
