Corbion reports Q2 organic sales growth of 8.5% and refines full-year margin outlook to above 16%

Corbion announced second-quarter organic sales growth of 8.5% to €337.4 million and Adjusted EBITDA of €51.0 million, while refining its full-year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA margin outlook to above 16% from approximately 17%. For the first half of 2026, organic sales growth was 2.1% with volume/mix up 4.0% and pricing down 1.9%, resulting in sales of €631.1 million and Adjusted EBITDA of €88.8 million. The company maintained its full-year organic sales growth guidance of 3% to 6% and free cash flow forecast of €85 million to €90 million. CEO Olivier Rigaud cited strong volume/mix momentum in both Functional Ingredients & Solutions and Health & Nutrition, and expects margins to improve in the second half driven by cost savings, price increases, and continued positive volume/mix development.
