Redeia Corporación, S.A. manages Spain's electricity transmission network and international operations through its subsidiaries. It operates in three segments: domestic electricity infrastructure, international electricity infrastructure, and telecommunications. The company's transmission network spans approximately 46,074 kilometers with 99,071 MVA of transformation capacity. It also provides advisory, engineering, construction, telecommunications, financing, reinsurance, maintenance, and satellite services. Formerly known as Red Eléctrica Corporación, S.A., it changed its name to Redeia Corporación, S.A. in June 2023. Incorporated in 1985, it is based in Alcobendas, Spain.

Redeia Q2 Net Income Rises 4.7%

Redeia reported a 4.7% increase in second-quarter consolidated profit to 146.2 million euros. EBITDA for the period rose 5.7% to 333.8 million euros, while revenue climbed 7.8% to 439.4 million euros. For the first half, profit attributable to the parent company totaled 280.4 million euros, representing 4.0% growth compared to 269.5 million euros in the first half of 2025. First-half EBITDA reached 672.6 million euros, a 5.8% increase, and revenue was 869.2 million euros, up 7.1% from the same period in 2025. Redeia shares were trading at 15.55 euros on the Bolsa de Madrid, down 1.02%.
