China Merchants Commercial Reit

China Merchants Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust is a Hong Kong collective investment scheme authorized under section 104 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with units listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. It is governed by the deed of trust dated 15 November 2019, as amended from time to time, between China Merchants Land Assets Management Co., Limited (the Manager) and DB Trustees (Hong Kong) Limited (the Trustee), and by the Code on Real Estate Investment Trusts issued by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. The trust's principal activity is investment holding, and its subsidiaries own and invest in income-producing commercial properties in Shenzhen and Beijing, aiming to provide stable and sustainable distributions to unitholders and long-term growth in net asset value per unit. The trust was established on 15 November 2019 and incorporated in Hong Kong; the registered office addresses of the Manager and the Trustee are 22/F, 308 Central Des Voeux, No. 308 Des Voeux Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong and Level 60, International Commerce Centre, 1 Austin Road West, Kowloon, Hong Kong, respectively.
