China Wood International Holding Co., Limited is an investment holding company engaged in wood-related business in the People's Republic of China and Hong Kong. It operates through two segments: Wood-Related Business, which processes and distributes furniture wood (primarily red mahogany, sandalwood, rosewood, pine, and fir), manufactures and sells antique-style wood furniture and other wooden products, and provides wood management; and Food and Beverage, which operates in the functional food and beverage business. The company was formerly known as HongDa Financial Holding Limited and changed its name to China Wood International Holding Co., Limited in September 2020. Incorporated in 2009, it is headquartered in Admiralty, Hong Kong.
