TOA Corporation provides construction and engineering services in Japan, including marine and civil engineering, land building, development, and related sales. It handles contracting, planning, design, execution, and supervision of civil engineering and architectural works, as well as dredging, reclamation, and land preparation. The company also works on regional, urban, resource, and ocean development projects, and conducts surveying and geological investigations. It plans, constructs, and maintains infrastructure such as roads, railroads, ports, airports, waterworks, sewer systems, government offices, and waste disposal facilities. Additionally, it leases equipment and properties, offers consulting services, and constructs power generation facilities including heat, electricity, and renewable energy. Formerly known as TOA Harbour Works Co., Ltd., it changed its name to TOA Corporation in 1987. Founded in 1908, it is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
