Yondenko Corporation engages in electrical, power transmission and distribution facilities, and construction activities in Japan. It operates through three segments: Equipment Installation, Leasing, and Solar Power. The Equipment Installation segment handles contracted power distribution, power transmission and civil engineering, electrical and instrumentation, air conditioning and plumbing, and information and communications work. The Leasing segment leases construction machinery, vehicles, and equipment, while the Solar Power segment sells electricity generated by solar power. The company also develops and sells CAD software and conducts pole advertising activities. Formerly known as Shikoku Electric Construction Corporation, it changed its name to Yondenko Corporation in November 1989, was incorporated in 1948, and is headquartered in Takamatsu, Japan.
