The Display Business segment designs and manufactures display devices, including TFT-LCD, AMOLED, micro displays, and other intelligent interface devices. Its IoT Innovation Business segment designs integrated manufacturing models for system solutions; smart terminal products, such as tablets, laptops, displays, televisions, low-power consumption, IoT, 3D displays, etc.; and IoT solutions. The Sensor Business segment offers X-ray flat panel detector backboards, intelligent dimming windows and dimming system solutions, consumer electronics and industrial application solutions, packaging carriers, and other products. Its MLED Business segment provides Mini-LED backlight products for TV, display, laptop, car, and other fields, as well as Mini/Micro-LED display products for the usage of outdoor, commercial, transparent, special, and other display applications. The Smart Medicine and Engineering Business segment offers professional services and solutions in healthcare, intelligent rehabilitation, and medical-engineering integration products. Its Others segment provides software-hardware fusion and system integration solutions for intelligent internet of vehicles, industrial interconnection, and other industries. The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People's Republic of China. BOE Technology Group Company Limited operates as a subsidiary of Beijing Electronics Holdings Co., Ltd.

Yulong Technology's ChiNext IPO application approved, plans to raise 1 billion yuan

Chongqing Yulong Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.'s ChiNext IPO application was approved on August 6. The company plans to publicly issue no fewer than 43.0336 million shares and no more than 129 million new shares, representing no less than 10% and no more than 25% of the total post-issuance share capital, raising no more than 1 billion yuan. The proceeds will be directed toward three projects: the Hefei Yulong production base, the second phase of Chongqing Yulong, and supplementary working capital. Yulong Technology focuses on intelligent control cards and precision functional components for the new-type semiconductor display panel sector, having supplied over a thousand products to major domestic panel manufacturers such as BOE and Everdisplay Optronics. From 2023 to 2025, the company's operating revenues were 698 million yuan, 1.095 billion yuan, and 1.137 billion yuan, respectively, with net profits attributable to the parent company of 75.7208 million yuan, 121 million yuan, and 133 million yuan. For the first half of 2026, it expects revenue of 610 million yuan to 658 million yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 77 million yuan to 84 million yuan. Controlling shareholder Wang Yalong directly holds 42.3% of the shares, and together with his wife Li Hongyan, they control 74.16% of the company's equity. Wang Yalong previously took his company Lighte Optoelectronics public on the STAR Market in 2022. The company stated that its capacity utilization rate has rebounded to over 90%, and it is optimistic about the consumer electronics replacement demand driven by AI technology and the globalization opportunities for domestic panel manufacturers.

HC Semitek announced that its controlling shareholder, BOE Technology Group, has agreed to subscribe to all shares issued in this private placement, with a subscription amount not exceeding 998 million yuan. The number of shares to be issued will not exceed 97.94 million shares, representing no more than 30 percent of the total share capital before the issuance. The issue price will be no lower than 80 percent of the average trading price over the 20 trading days prior to the pricing reference date. This transaction constitutes a connected transaction but does not constitute a major asset restructuring. In the first quarter of 2026, HC Semitek achieved revenue of 2.221 billion yuan and a net profit attributable to the parent company of 50.67 million yuan.
