Nippon Beet Sugar Manufacturing announced on the 21st that it will implement a 3-for-1 stock split with a record date of September 30. The effective date is October 1, and by lowering the amount per investment unit, the company aims to improve stock liquidity and further expand its investor base. In connection with the stock split, the company revised its year-end dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 from the previous 260 yen per share to 90 yen per share on a post-split basis, or 270 yen per share on a pre-split basis. The year-end dividend for the previous fiscal year was 160 yen per share.
