China Graphite Group Limited produces and sells flake graphite concentrate and spherical graphite in the People's Republic of China. It operates through two segments: Sale of Flake Graphite Concentrate, and Sale of Spherical Graphite and Its By-Products, and Unprocessed Marble. The company holds rights in the Beishan Mine, a graphite mine in the northwest of Luobei County, Heilongjiang Province, and also purchases unprocessed graphite from third-party suppliers. Its products are sold to anode material for lithium-ion batteries, industrial manufacturers, and retailers of heat-resistant materials. Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Hegang, the People's Republic of China, it operates as a subsidiary of Sandy Mining Limited.
