CAICA DIGITAL Launches Commercial Service Integrating M2M Platform and Stablecoin

CAICA DIGITAL, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market, announced on September 1 that it will begin offering a commercial service that combines an M2M platform, where machines automatically communicate and transact without human intervention, with its proprietary stablecoin platform. This follows the completion of the final phase of the proof of concept, which had been underway since March, in July and August. The company aims to expand into a wide range of industries, including finance and payments, logistics, energy, and regional currencies and smart cities. For commercialization, the company has prepared three types of contracts: one using only the M2M platform, and others combining it with stablecoins issued by other companies, such as the US dollar-linked USDC or the yen-denominated JPYSC. The company has already built a real-time M2M communication platform combining 5G RedCap and MQTT, as well as a decentralized authentication platform, and the stablecoin platform now adds payment functionality on top of that. The impact of the commercial service on revenue is currently undetermined, and the impact on consolidated results for the fiscal year ending October 2026 is expected to be minimal.
