SIS goes live with OCS Group on Project Cost Management module for Microsoft Dynamics 365
SIS has successfully implemented its Construct 365 Project Cost Management module for OCS Group, a global facilities services provider with 120,000 colleagues serving 8,000 customers. The module, part of the SIS Construct 365 solution suite for Microsoft Dynamics 365, was deployed for OCS Group's Hard Services division, which required extensive project cost management functionality beyond what the group's existing Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain platform could offer. Following the go-live, the division now benefits from streamlined project financial management, real-time visibility, and enhanced decision-making to better manage costs, reduce risk, and improve profitability. The solution integrates seamlessly with Dynamics 365 Finance, providing real-time insights and streamlined operations for construction projects.
