The company offers online training and educational consultancy, on-site training for institutional customers, and financial services including insurance brokerage, money lending, and investment advisory. It also operates online training and education platforms for institutional B-end users and Rongxue Cloud, a mobile internet platform for C-end users. The company was formerly known as China Chuanglian Education Financial Group Limited and changed its name to Chuanglian Holdings Limited in December 2021. Founded in 1999, it is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
