VISEN Pharmaceuticals is an investment holding company focused on developing and commercializing endocrine therapies in the Chinese Mainland. Its lead product, Lonapegsomatropin, is a once-weekly long-acting growth hormone replacement therapy for pediatric growth hormone deficiency. The company also develops TransCon CNP (navepegritide), a long-acting prodrug of c-type natriuretic peptide in phase 2 clinical trials for achondroplasia, and Palopegteriparatide, a once-daily parathyroid hormone replacement therapy that has completed phase 3 clinical trials for chronic hypoparathyroidism.
