The company offers aviation services, research and design, testing, system integration, after-sales support, aircraft maintenance, avionics repair and manufacturing, flight testing, live-fire training, aerial target towing, and emergency medical and business jet services. It also operates in railway, space, and energy businesses, serving military, commercial aviation, and industrial technology sectors. Formerly known as Aero Industry Development Center, it was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Taichung, Taiwan.
