Tabio Corporation plans, manufactures, wholesales, and retails socks. Its product range includes five-finger, plain, ankle, crew, high, over-knee-high, and parts socks; foot covers and cover socks; tights; short, wedding, and all-through stockings; and sports socks for running, golf, soccer and futsal, and yoga, as well as leg warmers. It also offers health and beauty socks such as inner, pressure, and cold socks, plus socks for swelling, foot fatigue, foot odor, shoe slip, and sleep; leggings and spats; and fresher, ceremonial occasion, suit casual, and long shoe socks. Products are sold through a chain of franchised and directly managed stores. Formerly known as DAN Co., Ltd., the company changed its name to Tabio Corporation in September 2006. Founded in 1968, it is headquartered in Osaka, Japan.
