Huafon Microfibre Receives 170 Million Yuan in Cash Dividends from Two Wholly Owned Subsidiaries
Shanghai Huafon Microfibre Technology has recently received a total of 170 million yuan in cash dividends from its wholly owned subsidiaries, Jiangsu Huafon Microfibre Materials and Weifutong Technology. Jiangsu Huafon Microfibre distributed 150 million yuan, while Weifutong distributed 20 million yuan. The company holds 100 percent equity in both subsidiaries. The cash dividends have already been reflected in the parent company's 2025 financial statements, so receiving these dividends will not affect the parent company's 2026 statements or the company's overall operating performance for 2026.
