Xingyun Technology responded for the first time to computing power and storage orders exceeding 10 billion yuan, with its share price hitting the daily limit up in intraday trading on the morning of August 4. The lock-up volume exceeded 340,000 lots, and the stock closed at 33.64 yuan per share. The company disclosed that as of the end of July, the scale of its on-hand three- to five-year framework orders for computing power and storage exceeded 15.404 billion yuan, with clients including leading state-owned listed companies and top large-model research institutions. Three orders have already implemented differentiated price increases. The order amount from a leading large-model client has risen by over 201 percent, with computing power scale doubling. Rents for state-owned enterprise clients have been raised by 79 percent overall. The remaining core orders have seen a comprehensive price increase of 13.5 percent. All price hikes took effect after the first batch of equipment was delivered and accepted. This marks the first time Xingyun Technology has responded to a specific research inquiry regarding the details of its long-term framework orders, following its disclosure on July 30 of orders exceeding 10 billion yuan. The company stated that this signals the industry's full transition from an early wave of contract signings to a wave of price increases.
