Refond Optoelectronics released its 2026 interim report, with net profit attributable to the parent company of 53.73 million yuan, up 73.86% from the same period last year. Total operating revenue was 1.073 billion yuan, up 27.47% year on year, marking a fourth consecutive year of growth. Net cash inflow from operating activities was 13.99 million yuan, an increase of 29.68 million yuan compared with the same period last year. The company's latest asset-liability ratio was 40.83%, gross margin was 19.46%, and diluted earnings per share was 0.08 yuan.

Refond Optoelectronics disclosed an investor relations activity record, stating it will actively expand applications in advanced packaging, next-generation new display technologies, and optical communication modules based on Micro LED short-distance optical communication scenarios. As one of the first companies to deploy Mini LED, the company can provide overall LED light source solutions. Its Mini LED automotive backlight has been applied in multiple terminal vehicle models, and its self-developed starry sky roof module and ADB matrix headlights have also entered mass production or are under development. In the optical communication field, the Micro LED-based project under development can achieve short-distance optical communication within ten meters, suitable for data transmission inside cabinets and pre-control communication inside vehicles. The company achieved operating revenue of approximately 1.841 billion yuan in 2025, with net profit of about 65.94 million yuan, an increase of about 109 percent. In the first quarter of 2026, operating revenue reached 475 million yuan, up 23.61 percent year-on-year, and net profit was 29.0718 million yuan, up 5.78 percent year-on-year.
