Jiangsu Tongguang Electronic Wire and Cable Co., Ltd. announced on September 10 that, according to the supplementary list of winning bidders published on the State Grid e-commerce platform, its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Tongguang Optical Cable Co., Ltd. has entered the winning bidder list for the OPGW optical cable category, Package 3. As a result, the combined winning amount of the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries Tongguang Qiangneng, for conductors at 107.62 million yuan, and Tongguang Optical Cable, for OPGW optical cable at 21.88 million yuan, has been restored to 129.5 million yuan, accounting for 5.09 percent of the company's audited operating revenue for 2025. Previously, the company disclosed a preliminary winning announcement on September 4, and on September 9 disclosed a progress announcement stating that Tongguang Optical Cable had not entered the winning bidder list and the actual winning amount was 107.62 million yuan. Following the release of this supplementary list, the winning amount has been restored to the original preliminary winning level. The company stated that a formal contract has not yet been signed, and there remains uncertainty regarding the final formation of actual orders and completion of delivery.

Tongguang Cable announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Jiangsu Tongguang Qiangneng Transmission Line Technology Co., Ltd. has been pre-selected as the winning bidder for the conductor and ground wire special tender for the Yunnan-Guangxi-Guangdong section of the ±800 kV ultra-high-voltage direct current transmission project from southeastern Tibet to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The winning amount is approximately 167 million yuan, accounting for 6.55% of the audited revenue for 2025. The project is still in the pre-winning bid publicity stage, and uncertainty remains as to whether actual orders will ultimately be formed and delivery completed.

Jiangsu Tongguang Electronic Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries Tongguang Qiangneng, Tongguang Optical Cable, and Tongguang Information have been selected as pre-winners in the State Grid Corporation of China's 2026 third public bidding for equipment materials for power transmission and transformation projects and third bidding for materials for ultra-high voltage projects. The total pre-winning amount is approximately 228.84 million yuan, accounting for 9.00% of the company's audited 2025 operating revenue. Among them, Tongguang Qiangneng pre-won the conductor category with an amount of 177.61 million yuan, Tongguang Optical Cable pre-won OPGW optical cables, optical cable accessories, and ultra-high voltage optical cables totaling 44.47 million yuan, and Tongguang Information pre-won ADSS optical cables worth 6.76 million yuan. The company stated that this win will have a positive impact on future operating performance, though it is still in the pre-winning public notice period and remains subject to uncertainty.
