As a result, the combined winning amount of the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries Tongguang Qiangneng, for conductors at 107.62 million yuan, and Tongguang Optical Cable, for OPGW optical cable at 21.88 million yuan, has been restored to 129.5 million yuan, accounting for 5.09 percent of the company's audited operating revenue for 2025. Previously, the company disclosed a preliminary winning announcement on September 4, and on September 9 disclosed a progress announcement stating that Tongguang Optical Cable had not entered the winning bidder list and the actual winning amount was 107.62 million yuan. Following the release of this supplementary list, the winning amount has been restored to the original preliminary winning level. The company stated that a formal contract has not yet been signed, and there remains uncertainty regarding the final formation of actual orders and completion of delivery.
