ST Xinyuan first-half revenue 98.63 million yuan, loss widens to 112 million yuan
ST Xinyuan released its 2026 interim report. Operating revenue was 98.63 million yuan, down 8.6 percent year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent swung from a loss of 97.11 million yuan in the same period last year to a loss of 112 million yuan, with the loss widening further. Net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items swung from a loss of 97.39 million yuan a year earlier to a loss of 113 million yuan, also widening. Operating cash flow was 30.09 million yuan, up 84.9 percent year on year. In the second quarter, operating revenue was 52.32 million yuan, up 13.1 percent year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent swung from a loss of 44.29 million yuan a year earlier to a loss of 62.35 million yuan, with the loss widening further. As of the end of the second quarter, total assets were 1.684 billion yuan, down 6.6 percent from the end of the previous year. Net assets attributable to the parent were 944 million yuan, down 11.0 percent from the end of the previous year. The company said in the interim report that its main business had not changed materially, and it remained focused on information security and IT application innovation, high-security communications and mobile office, and defense intelligence and ecosystem development. During the reporting period it launched multiple new products and solutions and strengthened cooperation with core industry customers.
