Formerly known as Shanghai Phichem Material Co., Ltd., it changed its name to PhiChem Corporation in July 2021; it was founded in 2002 and is based in Shanghai, China.

UV-curable materials revenue was 399 million yuan, up 29.84 percent. The company said the growth was driven mainly by advanced packaging demand from AI computing infrastructure and a recovery in the optical fiber and cable industry. Going forward, it will focus on customer certification progress and mass production scale for advanced semiconductor packaging materials.
