B-Soft Swings to a Loss of Nearly 200 Million Yuan in the First Half as Strategy Faces Adjustment After Controlling Shareholder Change

B-Soft disclosed its first half-year report following the change in controlling shareholder. Revenue for the first half was 455 million yuan, down 21.15 percent year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent swung from profit to a loss of 197 million yuan, a year-on-year decline of 144.74 percent. Net profit after deducting non-recurring items was a loss of 204 million yuan, down 115.83 percent year on year. The company said the healthcare IT industry is in a deep structural adjustment cycle, with local fiscal budgets tightening, project tenders delayed, and acceptance periods lengthened, leading to a decline in recognized revenue. In addition, the new controlling shareholder Hangzhou Genghao may push for organizational restructuring and strategic transformation, creating uncertainty in the short term. In the secondary market, B-Soft's latest closing price was 3.54 yuan per share, a decline of about 27 percent this year.
