Net loss after deducting non-recurring items was 129 million yuan, compared with a loss of 121 million yuan a year earlier. Net cash flow from operating activities was negative 57.13 million yuan, compared with negative 99.04 million yuan in the prior-year period. Basic loss per share was 0.46 yuan, and the weighted average return on equity was negative 10.08 percent. The company mainly operates cybersecurity products and services.

Zhongfu Information's First-Half Loss Widens to 120 Million Yuan

Zhongfu Information released its 2026 interim report. First-half operating revenue was 213 million yuan, down 27.9 percent year on year, while the net loss attributable to the parent widened to 120 million yuan, compared with a loss of 106 million yuan a year earlier. In the second quarter, operating revenue was 155 million yuan, down 26.6 percent year on year, and the net loss attributable to the parent was 40.25 million yuan, versus a loss of 20.23 million yuan in the same period last year. The company said it proactively scaled back some low-margin projects and non-core businesses, which caused main business revenue to fall 28.12 percent year on year, but gross margin improved by 9.6 percentage points. As of the end of the second quarter, total assets stood at 1.61 billion yuan, down 11.8 percent from the end of the previous year.
