JL Mag Terminates Subscription for Approximately AUD 7.07 Million in Shares of Australian Rare Earth Company Hastings

Jiangxi JL Mag Rare-Earth Technology Co., Ltd. announced that, due to unmet subscription conditions, it has terminated the transaction for its wholly-owned subsidiary, JL Mag Green Technology Hong Kong, to subscribe for additional shares issued by Australian-listed rare earth company Hastings Technology Metals Limited. The deal originally involved subscribing for 19.647 million ordinary shares at AUD 0.36 per share, totaling approximately AUD 7.07 million, equivalent to about RMB 34.6 million. The company stated that no payments have been made, the subscription terms have not formally taken effect, and the termination will not have a material adverse impact on normal production and operations.
