Jiangxi JL Mag Rare-Earth Technology Co., Ltd. announced that, due to unmet subscription conditions, it has terminated the transaction for its wholly-owned subsidiary, JL Mag Green Technology Hong Kong, to subscribe for additional shares issued by Australian-listed rare earth company Hastings Technology Metals Limited.
