Three Squirrels released its 2026 interim report. First-half net profit attributable to the parent was 249 million yuan, up 79.9% year on year, while operating revenue was 5.28 billion yuan, down 3.6% year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items was 192 million yuan, up 276.9% year on year. Net operating cash flow was negative 21.29 million yuan, an improvement of 94.3% year on year. Earnings per share were 0.62 yuan. In the second quarter, operating revenue was 1.44 billion yuan, down 17.6% year on year. Net loss attributable to the parent narrowed to 24.28 million yuan from a loss of 101 million yuan in the same period last year. Net loss attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items narrowed to 54.58 million yuan from a loss of 112 million yuan in the same period last year. As of the end of the second quarter, total assets were 5.178 billion yuan, down 24.1% from the end of the previous year, and net assets attributable to the parent were 3.108 billion yuan, up 4.7% from the end of the previous year. The company said the snack food industry maintained steady growth while market competition intensified. More rational consumer spending is driving the industry toward a discount-oriented transformation. The company is responding by optimizing its supply chain and cost controls, while continuing to advance an integrated manufacturing, branding, and retail layout and strengthening its omni-channel sales capabilities.
