Beisimei released its 2026 semi-annual report. In the first half, it achieved operating revenue of 748 million yuan, net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 5.8865 million yuan, net profit after deducting non-recurring items of 5.3077 million yuan, and basic earnings per share of 0.02 yuan. In the second quarter, the company achieved operating revenue of about 395 million yuan, up 11.9% quarter on quarter, while net profit after deducting non-recurring items rose 55.3% quarter on quarter, showing a marginal recovery in core business profitability. Its core product, pendimethalin technical, achieved operating revenue of 245 million yuan, up 21.65% year on year, with a gross margin of 36.28%, up 2.92 percentage points year on year. Overseas regions achieved operating revenue of 543 million yuan, accounting for 72.56% of total operating revenue, and the gross margin of overseas business rose 2.51 percentage points from the same period last year. The C5 series products achieved operating revenue of 46.1605 million yuan. The green new materials project with an annual output of 20,000 tonnes of specialty alcohol series is expected to be completed and put into production within 2026.

BSM announced that it plans to use its own funds to inject 222 million yuan into its controlling subsidiary Tongling BSM Technology Co., Ltd., subscribing to 222 million yuan of its newly increased registered capital. After the capital increase is completed, Tongling BSM will remain a controlling subsidiary of the company and continue to be included in the consolidated financial statements.
