Surveying and Mapping Co. Equity Transfer Dispute Case Suspended After First Hearing, Amount in Dispute Rises to 79.92 Million Yuan

Nanjing Surveying and Mapping Research Institute Co. disclosed that the first hearing of an equity transfer dispute involving the company has been held, but the court has ruled to suspend the litigation pending the outcome of another case. The amount in dispute has increased from the original 64.8 million yuan to 79.92 million yuan, as plaintiffs Xiong Yan, Yuan Zhihe, and Yangzhou Yitu Management Consulting Center added a claim for 15.12 million yuan in liquidated damages. The court had previously frozen 64.8 million yuan of the company's idle raised funds, but the freeze was lifted after a preservation change application. The company stated that it is currently unable to estimate the impact of this case on current and future profits, and will make corresponding accounting treatments in accordance with accounting standards.
