China State Construction released its operating results for January to July 2026. New contracts totaled 2.6604 trillion yuan, keeping overall order volume at a high level. Construction business new contracts reached 2.4684 trillion yuan, down 0.7% year on year. Housing construction came to 1.6937 trillion yuan, up 4.2% year on year. Infrastructure business was 767.6 billion yuan, and survey and design business was 7 billion yuan. Domestic business was 2.2872 trillion yuan, down 3.1% year on year. Overseas business was 181.2 billion yuan, up 42.4% year on year, maintaining rapid growth. Property business contracted sales were 192 billion yuan, with contracted sales area of 5.26 million square meters. Newly acquired land reserves were 2.01 million square meters, and land reserves at the end of the period were 63.56 million square meters. Recently disclosed major projects totaled about 35.8 billion yuan. In overseas markets, the company signed a sewage treatment plant project contract with Kuwait's Ministry of Public Works worth about 22.4 billion yuan, accounting for 1.1% of 2025 annual revenue.
