Fengshang Culture swings to a net loss of 3.51 million yuan in its 2026 interim report

Fengshang Culture released its 2026 interim report. Total operating revenue was 107 million yuan, down 43.63 percent year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent company was a loss of 3.51 million yuan, swinging from profit to loss and down 16.97 million yuan from the same period last year, a decline of 126.05 percent. Net cash inflow from operating activities was 12.81 million yuan. The asset-liability ratio was 7.61 percent, gross margin was 20.61 percent, return on equity was negative 0.11 percent, and diluted earnings per share was negative 0.02 yuan. The company had 10,900 shareholders, and the top ten shareholders held 69.00 percent of total share capital.

Fengshang Culture Sees 5% Stake Change Hands as Jin Yunkang Acquires Shares for 200 Million Yuan

Fengshang Culture announced that shareholder Beijing Shenglan Culture Communication Partnership, which holds more than 5% of the company, plans to transfer its 9.4225 million shares to Jin Yunkang, representing 5.00% of the total share capital, at a transfer price of 21.23 yuan per share for a total consideration of 200 million yuan. Before the transfer, Beijing Shenglan held 8.93%, and together with actual controllers Sha Xiaolan and Wang Fangyun, the combined holding was 64.85%. After the transfer, Beijing Shenglan's stake will drop to 3.93%, the trio's combined holding will be 59.85%, and Jin Yunkang will newly hold a 5% stake. Jin Yunkang has committed not to reduce the holding within 12 months after the transfer and does not rule out further increasing the stake in the next 12 months. Fengshang Culture posted its first loss since listing last year, with 2025 revenue of 239 million yuan, down 58.77% year-on-year, and a net loss attributable to the parent company of 16.5924 million yuan, a decline of 139.72% year-on-year.
