Hengyu Xintong released its 2026 interim report on August 27. Affected by a slowdown in customer procurement in specific sectors and adjustments for differences between provisional and reviewed product prices, the company's revenue and profit both fell sharply, with net profit swinging from profit to loss. Operating revenue for the reporting period was 49 million yuan, down 42.26% year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent company was negative 16 million yuan, and net profit after deducting non-recurring items was negative 23 million yuan, both turning from profit to loss. Net cash outflow from operating activities was 58 million yuan, an increase of 113.61% compared with the same period last year. Cash and cash equivalents at the end of the period stood at 49 million yuan, down 79.60% from the beginning of the period. The decline in performance was mainly due to a reduction in product deliveries and revenue adjustments caused by differences between provisional and reviewed prices for some products, while a credit impairment loss of 16 million yuan also dragged on profit. The company said that as projects under development are progressively finalized, future mass equipping is expected to drive a recovery in performance, but it still faces risks such as high customer concentration and long accounts receivable collection cycles.
