Ningbo Fangzheng disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report on the evening of August 28. In the first half, it achieved operating revenue of 572 million yuan and net profit attributable to the parent of 1.35 million yuan, reversing from a loss of 20.22 million yuan in the same period last year, a year-on-year increase of 106.69 percent. Net cash flow from operating activities reached 44.81 million yuan, surging 330.07 percent year on year, marking a significant recovery in the core business's cash generation ability. By segment, the traditional mold business recorded revenue of 232 million yuan, down 21.13 percent year on year, but gross margin rose 2.28 percentage points to 18.65 percent. Plastic products and accessories revenue was 67.12 million yuan, up 10.82 percent year on year, with gross margin up 5.43 percentage points to 25.56 percent. New energy structural components revenue totaled 176 million yuan, up 1.73 percent year on year, accounting for about 30.7 percent of total revenue. Within this, lithium battery module conductive connectors revenue was 78.46 million yuan, up 14.44 percent year on year. In terms of external investment, the company made an additional investment of 21.44 million yuan in Ningbo Nashi Electric Drive Robot Co., Ltd., a new investment of 6 million yuan in Saisuode Shanghai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and invested 28.83 million yuan in the overseas enterprise INTE MODULAR LTD. Its wholly owned subsidiary Zhejiang Chuangjixing Robot Co., Ltd. has been established, accelerating its robotics and overseas expansion.
