Greatview Aseptic Packaging, a controlled subsidiary of Xin Jufeng, has been suspended for 18 months due to insufficient public float and faces the risk of having its listing status cancelled by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Xin Jufeng announced on the evening of August 17 that Greatview Aseptic Packaging has not yet fulfilled all resumption guidance and plans to apply to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for an extension, but whether approval will be granted remains uncertain. Trading in Greatview Aseptic Packaging has been halted since February 19, 2025. Xin Jufeng holds a 97.76% stake in the company through its wholly owned subsidiary Jingfeng Holdings, pushing the public float below the 25% threshold. In an effort to resume trading, Greatview Aseptic Packaging plans to issue new shares to independent third parties and employees, but the specific plan and its implementation remain uncertain. Xin Jufeng said that whether Greatview Aseptic Packaging retains its listing status will not affect its daily operations. After consolidation in 2025, the company's revenue rose 71.61% year on year to 2.928 billion yuan, but net profit attributable to the parent fell 76.23% year on year to 43.7 million yuan.
