Tongdahai released its 2026 interim report. The company's operating revenue was 188 million yuan, up 22.9 percent year on year, but net profit attributable to the parent swung to a loss of 64.17 million yuan, compared with a loss of 44.03 million yuan in the same period last year. Net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items was a loss of 66.74 million yuan, compared with a loss of 47.06 million yuan a year earlier. Operating cash flow was negative 118 million yuan, an improvement of 7.8 percent year on year. Second-quarter operating revenue was 119 million yuan, up 28.3 percent year on year, while the net loss attributable to the parent was 23.11 million yuan, with the loss widening further. The company said that due to government informatization budgets and the impact of the courts' integrated platform construction, the pace of traditional court informatization projects has slowed. However, the company is actively expanding into new sectors such as public security, political and legal affairs commissions, and discipline inspection and supervision agencies, while advancing its artificial intelligence plus law strategy.
