Zhongyu Energy Holdings Limited is an investment holding company that develops, constructs, and operates natural gas projects in the People's Republic of China. It invests in, operates, and manages gas pipeline infrastructure; distributes piped gas to residential, industrial, and commercial users; develops smart energy; operates compressed natural gas and liquefied natural gas vehicle filling stations; and sells stoves, gas cooking appliances, gas water heaters, wall-hang boilers, and related services, as well as trades natural gas, coal, and liquefied petroleum gas. The company also engages in the design and development of new energy technology and the trading of natural gas and gas pipeline construction. Formerly known as Zhongyu Gas Holdings Limited, it changed its name to Zhongyu Energy Holdings Limited in January 2022. Incorporated in 2001, it is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong.
