NewJersey Resources Raises and Narrows Fiscal 2026 Earnings Guidance
NewJersey Resources raised and narrowed its fiscal 2026 net financial earnings per share guidance to $3.52 to $3.62, citing stronger contributions from Clean Energy Ventures and Storage and Transportation. Third-quarter consolidated net financial earnings rose to $11.3 million, or $0.11 per share, from $6.2 million, or $0.06 per share, a year earlier. The company increased its fiscal 2026 capital-investment outlook to $815 million to $950 million, primarily for New Jersey Natural Gas safety and reliability projects, while reaffirming its $4.8 billion to $5.2 billion five-year capital plan through fiscal 2030. New Jersey Natural Gas filed proposals with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities aimed at providing customer bill relief while maintaining long-term system investments. NJR also highlighted growth opportunities including the Adelphia Gateway expansion and potential capacity additions using existing infrastructure.
