Qfin Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: QFIN; HKEx: 3660) announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2026, and declared a semi-annual dividend of US$0.23 per Class A ordinary share, or US$0.46 per ADS, payable to holders of record as of September 9, 2026.
