ECARX Q2 revenue jumps 45%, reaffirms full-year guidance

ECARX reported second-quarter 2026 revenue up 45% year-over-year and 71% sequentially, with gross margin expanding to 19.8% from 10.8% a year earlier and a fourth consecutive quarter of positive adjusted EBITDA. Shipments rose 51% quarter-over-quarter to approximately 550,000 units, driven by a 92% sequential increase in high-end Antora solutions and a 43% sequential rise in Pikes computing platforms, which together now account for 42% of shipments. The company reaffirmed full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $1 billion to $1.1 billion, citing a second-half-weighted launch cadence, order backlog, and historical seasonality. ECARX also highlighted a definitive agreement to acquire the Flyme software business for approximately $266 million, a strategic partnership with TPK Holdings to co-develop the ORCA LiDAR platform with mass production targeted for 2028, and a share exchange agreement with Qualcomm Ventures.
