Tekscend Photomask Corp.

Tekscend Photomask Corp. develops, manufactures, and distributes semiconductor photomasks in Japan and internationally. Its products include binary, phase shift, EUV, and stencil masks for semiconductors, as well as photomasks for applications such as 3D gray-tone/gray-scale masks. It also produces silicon stencil masks and molds for nanoimprint, including quartz and silicon molds, and develops and manufactures glass masks for research and development. Formerly known as Toppan Photomask Co., Ltd., the company changed its name to Tekscend Photomask Corp. in October 2024. It was incorporated in 2021 and is based in Minato, Japan.
