It develops, implements, operates, and maintains medical information systems and nursing work systems, including the electronic medical record system MI RA Is. The company also offers clinical development support services using imaging technology, dispatches skilled personnel for clinical development, and provides industrial health, human resource, and marketing services, including digital marketing implementation support and training. Formerly known as CEI Corporation, it changed its name to CE Holdings Co., Ltd. in April 2013, was incorporated in 1996, and is headquartered in Sapporo, Japan.

CEHD Reports 14.9% Rise in Recurring Profit for October–June Period, Withholds Year-End Dividend

CE Holdings announced that cumulative consolidated recurring profit for the first three quarters of the fiscal year ending September 2026 rose 14.9% year-on-year to 1.38 billion yen, achieving 86.5% of the full-year forecast of 1.6 billion yen. At the same time, the company indicated it will withhold the year-end dividend due to a tender offer bid. In the most recent April–June quarter, consolidated recurring profit was a loss of 40 million yen, widening from a loss of 30 million yen a year earlier, while the operating margin on sales deteriorated to negative 1.4%. Based on the unchanged full-year forecast, the company estimates consolidated recurring profit for the July–September quarter will be 210 million yen, down 2.3% year-on-year.
