CEHD Reports 14.9% Rise in Recurring Profit for October–June Period, Withholds Year-End Dividend
CE Holdings announced that cumulative consolidated recurring profit for the first three quarters of the fiscal year ending September 2026 rose 14.9% year-on-year to 1.38 billion yen, achieving 86.5% of the full-year forecast of 1.6 billion yen. At the same time, the company indicated it will withhold the year-end dividend due to a tender offer bid. In the most recent April–June quarter, consolidated recurring profit was a loss of 40 million yen, widening from a loss of 30 million yen a year earlier, while the operating margin on sales deteriorated to negative 1.4%. Based on the unchanged full-year forecast, the company estimates consolidated recurring profit for the July–September quarter will be 210 million yen, down 2.3% year-on-year.
