Konica Minolta has launched its Print Support App, a Microsoft Store application designed to help enterprises adopt Windows Protected Print Mode while retaining advanced device features. The app bridges Microsoft's driverless print framework with device-specific capabilities such as finishing, tray selection, and secure print workflows including user authentication and job accounting. Available free of charge, it supports a growing range of Konica Minolta bizhub i-Series multifunction devices and enables automatic deployment via the Microsoft Store. The company also continues to support Microsoft Universal Print for cloud-based print services across distributed work environments.

Konica Minolta has announced the AccurioPress C5080 Series, a new line of entry-level production presses. The series includes the AccurioPress C5080 at 81 pages per minute, the AccurioPress C5070 at 71 pages per minute, and the AccurioPrint C5065 at 65 pages per minute. It replaces the AccurioPress C4080 Series and introduces enhanced automation and workflow features aimed at reducing setup time, minimizing operator intervention, and improving overall production efficiency. Intelligent media sensors automatically identify paper characteristics and apply optimal print settings, while the IQ-601 Intelligent Quality Optimizer enables automated color control, calibration, and inspection. A range of inline finishing options supports booklet production, direct mail, and full-bleed output, with the TU-510e unit providing trimming, creasing, and perforating in a single device.
