King Jim raises prior-year ordinary profit forecast by 33%, increases dividend by 1 yen

King Jim announced on July 23 that it has revised its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending June 2026 upward by 32.5%, from the previous 1.2 billion yen to 1.59 billion yen, with the profit growth rate expected to expand to 90.2%. For the second half, the January–June period, consolidated ordinary profit was also raised by 47.7%, from 810 million yen to 1.2 billion yen, implying an 84.1% increase. Reflecting the strong performance, the company revised its annual dividend for the prior year upward by 1 yen, from 14 yen to 15 yen.
