Coretronic Corporation researches, develops, produces, manufactures, and markets projectors, backlights, and FPD-related products. It operates through three segments: Energy-Saving Products, Image Products and Brand, and Optical Components. The company also develops and markets optical engines, intelligent display and imaging products, wearable display solutions, and system integration services. Formerly Optoma Corporation, it changed its name to Coretronic Corporation in December 2001. Incorporated in 1992, it is headquartered in Hsinchu City, Taiwan.
