He currently serves as Deputy Party Secretary, Director, and General Manager of Zhengzhou High-Tech Investment Holding Group, and holds professional qualifications as a cost engineer, senior accountant, and senior auditor.

Tailong Pharmaceutical announced that Chairman Wang Rongtao has resigned due to health reasons and will no longer hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries. The company held a board meeting on July 24 and elected Chen Siliang as the new chairman.
