It also offers frame material, zinc white copper strip, tin phosphor bronze belt, and brass strip, and exports to Southeast Asia, Europe, the United States, and other markets. Formerly known as Kingswood Enterprise Co., Ltd., it changed its name to Anhui Xinke New Materials Co., Ltd. in November 2020. Founded in 1998, the company is based in Wuhu, China.

Xinke Materials Plans to Acquire 20% Minority Stake in Xinke Copper to Achieve Full Ownership

Xinke Materials announced that it plans to use its own and self-raised funds to acquire a 10% minority stake in its controlled subsidiary Xinke Copper from each of Chongzuo Industrial Investment and Guangxi Tongzheng, totaling a 20% equity interest. Upon completion of the transaction, Xinke Materials will hold 100% of Xinke Copper, making the latter a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
